Content Provider Agreement with LunaFlow Limited


This Agreement is entered into by and between LunaFlow Limited ("Company"), a limited company organized under the laws of the United Kingdom, with its principal place of business located at 21 Annerley road, Bournemout, Dorset, BH1 3PG, and the content provider ("Creator").

Whereas, the Company operates the website www.dvotee.com ("Website"), which allows for the upload and distribution of digital content;

Whereas, the Content Provider wishes to upload and distribute content through the Website;

Now, Therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Prohibited Activities:
    - The Content Provider shall not engage in, nor facilitate, any illegal activities or actions that violate any relevant standards set forth by regulatory bodies or the Company's policies.

2. Consent Requirements:
    - The Content Provider agrees to obtain and maintain written consent from all persons depicted in the content for:
        - Their depiction in the content.
        - The public distribution of the content on the Company's Website.

3. Age and Identity Verification:
    - The Content Provider is required to verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in the content, ensuring all are adults (18 & over) as defined by applicable laws. The Content Provider must maintain documentary evidence of such verifications and provide these documents upon request by the Company.

4. Content Ownership and Rights:
    - The Content Provider represents and warrants that they have the full legal right to use, upload, and distribute the content and that the content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

5. Compliance and Enforcement:
    - The Company reserves the right to remove any content that is found to be in violation of this Agreement or its Website policies, without notice to the Content Provider.

6. Term and Termination:
    - This Agreement will be effective as of the date of account creation and will continue until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

7. Miscellaneous:
    - This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral.
